Our membership records are held online in software called Membermojo.  To join and create an account (ie provide your name and contact details) please follow this link:

Once you have done this confirm that you will be making payment by selecting the appropriate payment method for the current year and clicking on the button.  Then please kindly make payment – see below the photos.

 

HOW TO RENEW

Our membership records are held online in software called Membermojo.  To renew your membership please follow this link to your personal data (name and contact details):

DO NOT SET UP A DUPLICATE ACCOUNT.  Once you have accessed your profile, correct any details that need correcting, click the renew button and on the next page confirm how you will be making payment by selecting the appropriate payment method for the current year and clicking on the button.  Then please kindly make payment – see below the photos.

HOW TO PAY

Subscriptions are due by standing order on joining and thereafter on 2nd January each year.  From 1st January 2023 our annual subscription will be £25 per household per calendar year or part year. It should be paid by standing order to the following VRARA HSBC account:

Sort code 400621, Acct No 72654636. 

Critically your bank reference for the payment is your (flat number), house number & postcode e.g. “24 W8 5TZ” or if you live in Flat 3 at that address “3 24 W8 5TZ”.



Very important: all subscription payments need to be paid “in year” please so for 2023 in the first week in January, not earlier.  Thank you!

 
Once payment has been electronically received you will get a confirmation email via Membermojo and if you login to Membermojo you will see that your account has been updated.  The payment confirmation email will also contain the password for the Members' Area of this website for the current subscription year.

N.B.

We need to move with the times and unfortunately we no longer accept cheques or indeed cash. If you are absolutely not able to pay by standing order or electronically, please speak to your street representative who may be able to help set up a standing order for you.  There is a standing order form and an explanation of how they work in the download section of the members' area of this website.  Please do not pay cash or cheques into the branch as we have no way of tracing who you are; no payer information is transmitted.
